Great article, Pawel! It’s such a relief to read practical insights—feels like it’s almost impossible to stick to the books and frameworks in B2B. Your point #4 about stakeholder insights is especially spot on, particularly in a sales-heavy B2B environment.

"The book answer" is a simplified version of a framework taken at face value.

For example, customer interviews:

It's difficult for me to imagine you can rely only on customer interviews without exploring any other sources of insights - hard to do and virtually impossible to be the best solution.

I believe that even though this particular book doesn't mention other techniques the author perfectly understands you need them.

But you need to focus on specific problems and can't write about everything at once. I do the same in my posts.
