Interesting. I have a question: does ‘simultaneous projects’ refer to handling multiple user stories simultaneously for a PM and their team?

Not really, but:

A single person can focus on a single task until it's done

Ideally, the entire team can focus on a single objective

You definitely work on a single product

Interesting perspective. I'd also argue that the best PMs manage the flow of value exchange (delivering value and capturing value), while tacking the risks.
